The intimate gallery space is housed in a 17th-century building, in the former Galleria Il Capricorno. This quintessentially Venetian canalside location is in the heart of the San Marco district. Victoria Miro Venice will feature a year-round programme of exhibitions, starting with Chris Ofili: Poolside Magic, currently on view until 8 July 2017.⠀
Read coverage of the opening by Louisa Buck The Art Newspaper, Linda Yablonsky in Artforum and Scott Reyburn in The New York Times.
