Elmgreen & Dragset's major exhibition 2020 is now on view until 21 March 2021.
Elmgreen & Dragset often transform the gallery space into a completely different environment: ‘like a film you can walk into‘. Responding to the museum's brutalist architecture they have created a fictional car park, with real cars, road markings and a selection of sculptures, both new and familiar. The car park concept addresses some of the central questions in Elmgreen & Dragset's artistic practice, like privatisation, public space, marginalisation, queer culture and materialism.
Elmgreen & Dragset: 2020 will be on display at EMMA until 17 January 2021.
