Accompanying the artist’s major exhibition at Katonah Museum of Art, New York is a new book, published by the museum and distributed by Yale Books. Alongside images of works from Banisadr's full career, three essays explore the artist's rich iconography and the influence of biographical history, such as his childhood in Tehran during the Iran–Iraq War and his involvement with the graffiti community in San Diego.
